There have been some users running into a Loading Screen issue that will keep them from getting into a game.

A bug causing this has been acknowledged by the Firefox team and a fix for the issue will be addressed in a future Firefox update. You can read more about this via this post by one of our lead developers. Again, we recommend keeping an eye out for that Firefox update and, in the meantime, using a different browser, such as Chrome.

It is important to note that we officially support only the most recent version of these browsers/operating systems and cannot guarantee functionality will work for older versions. That said, we are investigating a fix that we believe may restore functionality in older browsers.
