As of March 31st, 2026 our help desk service provider, Zendesk, has implemented a change to protect against spam attacks through web forms. These attacks have grown more frequent and intense to clog up support queues and attempt to defraud individuals under the guise of our help center.
When submitting a support ticket, an email will be sent to verify that the submitter actually owns the email address provided.
If you have not heard from our support team, we advise making sure that the verification email did not get blocked or sent to your email's spam folder.
Once the email verification has been completed the support ticket will be visible to our support team to respond to as normal.
