Send to Tabletop opens a live, full-screen map view on an external display. Players see the map update in real time as you draw, with no interface visible. It is a great solution for in-person play using a monitor, TV, or projector.
To open the Send to Tabletop panel, click the Send to Tabletop button in the Sidebar Menu.

Fog of War
Use the Fog of War layer to control what players see on the external display. Fog of War only affects the Send to Tabletop view. Hidden areas remain visible in your editing window, behind an opaque overlay.
To set up Fog of War:
- Create a new Fog of War layer from the Dungeon Presets panel. See Scrawl/Presets for instructions.
- Use a drawing tool to cover the areas you want to hide from players. The Rectangle tool is recommended.
- Use Erase mode on any drawing tool to reveal areas as players explore.
To prepare multiple sections in advance, create separate Fog of War layers for each section and hide or show them as needed using the eye icon in the Layers menu.
For more information on the Fog of War layer and its settings, see Layer Settings.
