PayPal Troubleshooting

If you are encountering payment issues with PayPal, we recommend trying again after adding a new funding source.

To add a new funding source to PayPal, simply click the "Link a card" button on your dashboard while you are logged in and enter your credit/debit card details.

Once complete, try again with this alternate funding source via PayPal to make your purchase.

For more information on linking credit and debit cards to your PayPal please see the official documentation on PayPal's help center.

PayPal payment still failing or declining

If your payment still is not processing via PayPal, we recommend attempting directly with a credit/debit card to purchase your subscription.

If you are still encountering issues, then there is likely an authorization issue with the card network or issuing bank. In this situation you will need to contact your bank or issuer for more information and assistance on the nature of the declines.

Once the confirmed with the bank or issuer, attempting the payment again should work.

Why is the payment not processing?

Payment processing issues with PayPal can happen for a variety of reasons.

  • Incorrect funding source
  • Expired card information
  • The PayPal billing agreement was cancelled via PayPal
  • Malformed cookies or cache data
  • Issuer/bank has blocked the transaction
  • Insufficient funds
