D&D Shop & Treasure Sheets

The Loot Manager lets you build fully-stocked storefronts and treasure chests in seconds, and manage and edit them to your liking. It is available for the new D&D Fifth Edition character sheet. It released into Early Access for Pro Subscribers in July 2025, and was launched for all in September 2026

Shop & Treasure Sheets also work with the legacy D&D 5e sheet. Enable multi-sheet support in your game to build and share shops alongside your 5e sheets. Shop Sheets support both 5e and 5.5e content.

Create Shop & Treasure Sheets

Creating a shop or treasure is as easy as creating a new character, and mostly uses the same process!

  • Enter any D&D Fifth Edition game game, or go to D&D Fifth Edition on Roll20 Characters
  • Click Create New Character
  • At the bottom of the builder screen, choose Shop or Treasure
  • Customize your name, description, Lock DC, discount, etc.
  • Click Generate Inventory from Compendiums or Create Custom Item
    • Generating Inventory from Compendium will pull from all your owned and active D&D compendiums
  • Fill it up, tweak what you need, and share with players!

Tip: You can also drag a spell from your compendium directly onto a shop, and it will automatically turn into a scroll for sale. Purchasing it grants both the scroll and the spell on the buyer's sheet.

Sharing a Shop or Treasure Sheet

To let your players see and interact with a Shop or Treasure sheet, give All Players both Journal and Edit access to it by clicking on the small people + gear icon next to the sheet name at the very top. Edit access doesn't let players change the sheet's setup, it only allows them to purchase items from it.

If you want a Shop or Treasure sheet that all players can fully manage together, such as a shared party stash, open the Shop Profile edit screen and use the toggle at the top to enable full inventory management for all players.

Sheet-to-Sheet Item Transfers (Pro & Elite)

Pro and Elite subscribers can move items directly from a Shop or Treasure sheet onto a character sheet, without manual re-entry. Players choose an item to purchase, the cost is deducted automatically if configured, and the item appears on their character.

  • Click Sell or Buy on a connected Shop or Treasure sheet to transfer an item.
  • Players need Edit access to the shop to purchase from it (see Sharing a Shop or Treasure Sheet above).
  • Purchased items are immediately usable on the character sheet they land on. For example, a purchased Potion of Climbing can be toggled on right away to grant its speed bonus.
