My chat is corrupted, what can I do?
In the case of corrupted chat archives or chat archives experiencing problems, you may find a fix in clearing out your game's chat archive. Below is a quick guide on how to accomplish this.
Note: Clearing the chat archive is permanent. So if there are details of your game you wish to preserve, it would be worth copy/pasting them elsewhere or otherwise making a duplicate of the game in order to preserve it in some form.
- From your game's campaign page, you should click on the "Settings" tab below your game's banner image, and find the "Clear Chat Archive" function.
- From there, a box will appear at the top of the screen asking you to confirm deletion of your game's chat archive. Type "CONFIRM" and click on the "OK" button.
- Your chat archive should now be cleared. You can verify this by clicking on the "Content" tab and checking your Chat Archive, which should now be blank.
If this has not resolved the issue that you were experiencing, we would please ask you to completely work through our Reporting a Bug documentation and submit that information to us through our web form.
I have a Macro/Mod (API) script that's causing mayhem with my chat, what can I do?

For these, it is best to disable these macros, reference our Macro Issues documentation, and test to see if they are interfering with your game. For Mod (API) issues, please see our documentation on Mod (API) troubleshooting. You may also find assistance on our Macros sub-forum and our Mods (API) sub-forum.
